A special branded wiping cone is responsible for this. The attachment is attached to the KitchenAid planetary mixer and uses its power to prepare fruit and vegetable mixtures or purees. The classic white color of the attachment will match any kitchen or mixer. And most importantly, it will mix as much puree as you want and according to the recipe you define.
