Induction hobs heat up in a very short time. Cookware equipped with innovative induction technology heats up very quickly on induction hobs. Be especially careful not to use high heat and never leave the cookware unattended while in use.
The diameter of the bottom of the pan must match the size of the burner. If the pan is too small, the element may detect the pan and trip.
When using induction cooktops, make sure that the cooktop and cookware are free of debris to avoid scratching the cooktop surface.
Never move or drag cookware around on the cooktop during cooking as this may cause scratches. Always lift the pan.
