Matcha latte

1. Heat the water to 80 °C in the KitchenAid electric kettle.
2. Place the matcha in a cup. Pour 50 ml of water into the cup. Stir with a whisk until all the clumps have completely dissolved.
3. Once the mixture is smooth, add the maple syrup and stir until it is well incorporated.
4. Pour in the remaining 80 ml of water and stir. Add the milk foam. Sprinkle with matcha powder. Enjoy immediate
