Oat milk

1. Pour water over the rolled oats until they are just covered. Let the rolled oats soak overnight. Rinse them the next day under running water.
2. Add the rolled oats and water to the blender jar. Blend on speed 7 for 2 minutes. Strain the oat milk through a fine-mesh sieve.
3. Add a little vanilla extract and maple syrup to the oat milk if you’d like it a bit sweeter.
