12 ice cubes
240 g ripe pineapple, diced
120 ml pineapple juice
120 ml coconut cream
90 ml white rum
60 ml dark rum
pineapple slices and leaves

preparation

Refreshing tropical taste of coconut and pineapple in one glass. This recipe contains alcohol. Drink responsibly; Alcohol should be consumed in moderation.

Add the pineapple juice, coconut cream, white rum, dark rum, pineapple and ice cubes to the blender jug and blend until smooth using the ice-crushing setting.
Pour into tall glasses and garnish with a slice and a leaf of pineapple.
