Garlic and cilantro sauce

1. Peel the garlic and remove the seeds from the Padrón pepper.
2. Add the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, Padrón pepper, salt, and cilantro to the KitchenAid K400 blender.
3. Blend on speed 4 until the sauce is smooth.
