450 g beef shoulder
1/4 white onion, coarsely chopped
1 tablespoon fresh parsley
1/4 tablespoon coarsely ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 tablespoon salt
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
4 slices of cheese of your choice
160 g coleslaw
8 tablespoons barbecue sauce
1. Before grinding the beef, place the meat in the freezer for 15 minutes.
2. Assemble the metal grinder attachment with the fine-mesh plate and attach it to the food processor.
3. Remove the beef shoulder from the freezer.
4. In a large bowl, combine the beef, white onion, parsley, black pepper, garlic powder, salt, and chili pepper.
5. Set the food processor to speed 4 and place the beef into the metal mincing attachment.
