100 g flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
62 ml water
1 tablespoon olive oil
75 g sour cream
1.5 small onions
75 g cream cheese
1.5 sprigs rosemary, finely chopped
1.5 teaspoon honey
1. Place the flour and salt in the bowl of a stand mixer. Make a well in the center of the flour and pour in the water and olive oil.
2. Attach the dough hook to the mixer, set the speed control to 2, and knead for 4 minutes. The dough is ready when you can no longer press it with your finger.
3. Transfer the dough to a floured surface.
4. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin until it's about 3 mm thick. Then, place it on a greased baking sheet.
5. Spread the sour cream, onion rings, cream cheese, and rosemary over the dough. Finish with a little honey and black pepper to taste.
6. Bake for 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 260°C.
